At the heart of our kitchen is a deep love for fresh handmade pasta. Our signature scialatielli – a thick, ribbon-like pasta from the Amalfi Coast – is made fresh in-house every day using traditional Southern Italian methods. It’s a rare find, even in Italy, and one of our proudest dishes.
Alongside our pasta, we serve a variety of seasonal favourites – from slow-cooked ragù to lighter summer sauces – all made with the highest-quality ingredients and a respect for time-honoured recipes. For anyone craving authentic Southern Italian food in Fulham, our pasta menu is a must-try.
We also proudly serve Panuozzi – a rustic, wood-fired sandwich made with pizza dough, baked until golden, and filled with Italian cured meats, cheeses, and vegetables.
